Alta is a lovely purebred Doberman! Her botched tail dock was operated upon and has completely healed. Nothing stops this little spitfire from racing around the yard and the house, playing with everyone. Alta especially loves water, and often likes to stand in the water bucket and dunk her head. This is a very sweet, affectionate, intelligent girl who will be a treasure for many years to come. Application, references and home visit required. All KPRR rescued dogs go to their new homes fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered. Each newly adopted dog comes with an ID tag, training CD and puppy starter kit. For more information please contact Toni Liguori .
Anna a “blue” female, probably about 2 years old. She has limited time in the Georgetown Animal Shelter. She’s very sweet, nice on a leash, calms down immediately when you walk her. She is HW negative and would be spayed, utd on vaccinations, and on preventative; also microchipped. Contact the Georgetown Animal Shelter (512-930-3592) or email Laura Hobgood-Oster for more information.
Aston is very sweet, active, loving and willing to learn. He is neutered, with a docked tail and cropped ears (though they do not stand up). He’s microchipped, crate trained, has basic obedience skills and is up-to-date on his shots. He is now about a year and a half old. Aston loves to play with people and the male English Mastiff the he lives with. He is a well behaved and well adjusted dog that would benefit from continuing his obedience school. Aston really needs a new home as his current caretakers are moving and unable to keep him. Contact Dan if you are interested in Aston.
I am a beautiful dog and only 6 months old and can’t understand why I was dumped at the Humane Society of Williamson County by my owner. I am going to be a big, big boy, but have a big, big heart to go with it. Is your heart big enough for mine? I have a $20.00 discount on my adoption fee for the month of July in honor of our “Big Dogs are Lap Dogs Too” promotion. So, come on down and pick me up – I’m ready to go home with you! Contact Humane Society of Williamson County for more information.
Drew is a spayed, heartworm negative, young female doberman. She is now in the care of the Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League. For more information call Sue Wakin at 210-392-8083.
Jake is neutered, and he’s about a year old now. He’s great to run with, is a fantastic swimmer, and is very sweet and social with other dogs. He has a wonderful temperament. He would be happiest in a home with at least one other dog, since he loves being social. but anyone who has the time to play with him. He’s loads of fun. Contact Allison Aydelotte (phone 374-4928) for more information.
Everyone loves a Surprise. And this sweetie is no exception. Surprise is a Doberman mix, about a year and a half old, LOVES to play! If you’ve got the toys, she’s got the time. We think Surprise would do well with another playmate about her size. She’s a pretty big girl – has been really good with our little dogs – but can play pretty rough, so we think the bigger the playmate the better. She would also do really well with an active family that wants to get out and walk or jog. She is a little mystified by the cats, so we’d suggest a feline-free home. Surprise will make a wonderful companion for you and your other dogs. For more information, contact Laura or Blue Dog Rescue.
